Product features: This ozone gas concentration sensor has an automatic light source adjustment function inside, which can adjust the brightness of the LED light source in real time based on the reference light data of the zero point to ensure the stability of the zero point. This UV Ozone Detector can be connected in parallel or series to the outlet pipeline of the ozone generator (with pressure compensation), mainly used for analyzing and detecting the ozone concentration of the gas produced at the outlet of the ozone generator.
UV Ozone Detector is a microprocessor-based dual beam photometer(UV 254 nm) for measuring the ozone content in air or oxygen.
To evaluate the ozone content in the sample gas theUVOZONE DETECTOR measures the UV radiation in the measurement channel, the UV radiation in the reference channel, the temperature and the pressure in the cuvette.
The ozone analyzer has touch screen operation interface, which shows the real-time ozone concentration. And the touch screen is also with pressure & temperature compensation display. For the high concentration (g/Nm3) range, it has the function of flow input, which can display the output of the ozone generator in real time. The core component adopts long-life uv light system with the high light transmittance quartz to prevent zero drifting from affecting the detection accuracy. It’s no need to close ozone inputing when zeroing to ensure the equipment can run continuously 24 hours.
The ozone concentration is displayed in either percent weight of ozone (%wt/wt), grams of ozone per normal cubic meter of sample gas (g/Nm3) or ppmv (AQ: g/m3 or ppm) on alphanumeric display. The concentration unit can be changed during operation.

For the sample gas connection 6 x 4 mm PTFE tubing should be used (which we will supply on request). The sample gas has to be connected via the sample gas filter ("IN"). The time lag of the concentration measurement depends on
a) the flow rate of the sample gas,
b) the length of the tubing to the analyzer,
c) the cross section of the tubing (we recommend tubing 6x4 mm, not more!),
d) the time lag of the analyzer itself. At the recommended flow rate of .2 to 1 l/min time lag will be 2 to 0.4 s with a 6 x 4 mm tubing length of 2 m.
