The UVOZ-300W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer is a UV photometer that directly measures the ozone content of ultrapure water or constant turbidity water. The customizable version UVOZ-300W-HF can be used for 20% hydrofluoric acid ozone aqueous solution. The materials in contact with ozone water are: PTFE, FFPM, PFA and quartz or sapphire. The UVOZ-300W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer has a water inlet and outlet and is equipped with a touch screen operation interface. The output is directly connected to the PLC with 4-20mA and RS-485 signal lines.
