The pressure-resistant and impact-resistant independent light pool structure designed according to foreign light pool technology keeps the gas flow, pressure, and flow rate unchanged during the zeroing operation to prevent the impact of airflow on the zeroing. The zeroing operation can be completed without shutting down the ozone intake, ensuring that the equipment can run continuously 24 hours a day.
